Lincolnshire within England

The ancient area now called Lincolnshire consisted for some time of three Parts: the Parts of Holland, the Parts of Kesteven and the Parts of Lindsey. When county councils were established in 1888 the three Parts each received one. They survived until 1974 when Holland, Kesteven and most of Lindsey were amalgamated as Lincolnshire under the Local Government Act 1972.

For the purposes of presenting information on Lovelocks the data has not been separated into sections relating to each of the Parts and is related only to the County as a whole.
