Transcript  - Grant of Probate re Tom Lovelock

 

In His Majestys’s High Court of Justice, the District Probate Registry at Winchester

 BE IT KNOWN that Tom Lovelock of Church End Lyneham in the County of Wilts died there on the 28th day of October 1937.

 AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament (a copy whereof is hereuto annexed) of the said deceased was proved and registered in th District Probate Registry of His Majesty’s High Court of Justice at Winchester and that Administration of all the Estate which by law devolved to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to George Edward Willoughby of 273 Milton Road Weston-super-Mare in the County of Somerset schoolmaster (retired) the sole Executor.

 And it is hereby certified that an Affidavit for Inland Revenue has been delivered wherein it is shown that the gross value of the said Estate in Great Britain (exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee and not beneficiary_ amounts to £207  0  0 and that the said

Affidavit bears a stamp of £1  10   0.
