This is the last Will and Testament
of me John Lovelock of Worplesdon in the County of
Surrey Farmer Whereby I give and bequeath
all my household Furniture Goods Chattels Effects
Farming Stock both live and dead and all other
my Personal Estate whatsoever of which I may
be possessed at the time of my decease unto my
dear Wife Louisa Lovelock for her own absolute
benefit and disposal And I nominate constitute
and appoint my said Wife Louisa Sole Executrix
of this my last Will and Testament And I revoke
all former Wills by me made and declare this
only to be and contain my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said John Lovelock have to
this my last Will and Testament subscribed my name
the eighteenth day of August One thousand eight
hundred and forty nine.

Appeared personally Louisa Lovelock the Widow and
Relict of the Testator John Lovelock and Sole Executrix
of and in this Will named and was duly sworn to the
truth and faithful performance thereof and as usual and
that all the goods chattels and credits of the deceased do
not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds
and that the Testator died on the fourth day of January
1850

This Will of John Lovelock late of Worplesdon in the
County of Surrey Farmer deceased was proved on the fourteenth
day of March 1850 before the Reverend Henry Ayling Clerk and
Surrogate by the Oath of Louisa Lovelock Widow the Relict
the Sole Executrix named in the said Will to whom administration
was granted she having been first sworn duly to administer
